Shikibidani Hot Spring, where steam rises from a hot spring 100% directly sourced from a clear stream, is located about 2 hours and 30 minutes from JR Tokushima Station by car.
It is not too far that you feel like you have to embark on a full-scale journey, but it is not too close that you can visit here casually just to take a bath either.
We are a lodge in the middle of the mountains that you can visit for a getaway.


In Tokushima Prefecture, venison and other wild game meats that you can enjoy safely are called “Awa Gibier.” Prepared with ingredients and seasonings produced locally in Tokushima, Awa Gibier dishes are rich in regional flavors.

The hot spring in Shikibidani Hot Spring is natural and 100% spring sourced. It is known as one of the best hot springs in Awa. Since the olden days, the locals have praised that their skin becomes smoother after bathing here, and the hot spring has also become known as the spring of beauty. Many guests visit us from afar, particularly looking forward to this hot spring.


We have 9 guest rooms with a view of Kito River and lush, towering mountains. 7 guest rooms are Japanese-style, and we have 2 barrier-free guest rooms (Western-style and Japanese-style) available.
The barrier-free guest rooms are equipped with bathtubs supplied with the same spring water as the large public bath.
